Whether you have a small or large business luncheon, party, special event or a late-night meeting, our Party platter & Special order service provides you with delicious food, quality service and delivery availability.

 

All platter orders require advance notice (two to three days or more) and deposit.

Vegetable Platter:

Assortment of Garden fresh vegetables including broccoli, carrots, celery, tomatoes, green and red peppers, zucchini, squash, cucumber, and cauliflower. Comes with dip and decorated on black rounded tray. Frilled toothpicks provided on side.

Fruit Platter:

An assortment of our best Boars Head Deli Meat, sliced and rolled and arranged on a black round tray with decoration, selection includes Turkey, Ham, Corn beef, and Our kitchen roasted Roast Beef. Frilled toothpicks provided.

Cocktail Shrimp Platter:

Our famous Cocktail Shrimp (16-20 count), steamed to perfection, arranged and decorated on black round tray with cocktail sauce and lemon. Four pounds serves 10 people. Minimum 3 pound.

Buffalo Wings:

Fresh Party wings with our own combination of Hot Sauce and Barbecue sauce. Served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Chafing dishes with Sterno (4) are an additional $10 and require $50 deposit.

Poached Salmon Tray:

Fresh whole or Filleted Salmon poached to perfection, arranged, thin sliced cucumber garnished over and decorated on black rectangular tray, served with our homemade dill-sauce.
